Joseph A. Rutigliano
Joseph is a general partner with the firm. He has extensive experience with complex civil litigation, governmental, school, labor and employment law. He has represented individuals, municipalities, counties, authorities, and school boards in a range of litigation and compliance matters. He is regularly involved in civil defense litigation and represents the firm’s clients in matters involving the New Jersey Tort Claims Act (Title 59), Tax Appeal matters and municipal and governmental planning matters. He also handles personal injury, bankruptcy, domestic relations and immigration matters for the firm.
